Our products and services include: Uptime (monitoring and availability platform), ILM — Integrated Learning Management (education software), Azer, Nexus, and Oxus Suite of application and integration servers, QAIM (security and OpenID Connect server), and internet domain, certificate, server sales and eCommerce facilitation applications (collectively, the "Services").
Dyanet Inc. is incorporated in Canada and operates from offices in Canada, the United States, and through an affiliate office in Pakistan. This Policy applies globally to all users of our Services regardless of location.

2.4 Service-Specific Data
Each of our Services may collect additional data specific to its function. For example: Uptime collects monitoring endpoint data and alert configurations; ILM collects learner profiles, course progress, and assessment results; QAIM processes authentication tokens and identity federation data; our eCommerce platforms process domain registration details, certificate orders, and transaction records. We process this data solely to deliver the Service you have subscribed to.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes: to provide, maintain, and improve our Services; to process transactions and send related information (confirmations, invoices, technical notices); to respond to your requests, comments, and questions and provide customer support; to monitor and analyze usage trends to enhance user experience; to detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, and security incidents; to comply with legal obligations; and to send you marketing communications where permitted by law, which you can opt out of at any time.

Service Providers: We share data with trusted third parties who perform services on our behalf, including cloud infrastructure providers (Amazon Web Services, regions ca-central-1 and eu-west-1), payment processors (Stripe), email delivery services, domain registrars, certificate authorities, and analytics providers. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Dyanet, our users, or the public.
Business Transfers: In connection with any merger, acquisition, or sale of company assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
With Your Consent: We may share information with third parties when you have given explicit consent to do so.
6. International Data Transfers
Dyanet operates from Canada, the United States, and Pakistan. Your personal information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. 8. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and are governed by our Data Governance and Management Procedures. When personal information is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with our data disposal procedures.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information: the right to access and receive a copy of your data; the right to correct inaccurate or incomplete data; the right to request deletion of your data; the right to restrict or object to processing; the right to data portability; and the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

10. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 16 (or the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete such information. For ILM (education software), where minors may use the platform as learners, data collection is limited to what is necessary for educational purposes, and parental or institutional consent is obtained as required by law.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through our platforms.
